HOW TO USE THE SUSHI MOLDS?
1. Choose your base shape and stack the outer mold onto it.
2. Place a sheet of nori in the mold. Then spread an even layer of rice, and add the sushi fillings and sauces. Finish with adding another layer of rice.
3. Fold the two sides of the nori into the mold. Then use the shape’s top mold to compress the rice and ingredients together.
4. Cut the sushi and then remove outer mold.
Voila! Your sushi is now ready to be plated and served!
